Process flow: This equipment is a semi-automatic line for line end welding, with manual soft robots and high-precision automation technology to achieve high efficiency output. The entire line utilizes the conveyor belt to reflux the vehicle up and down, completing the output of each unit workstation. Welding adopts Japanese (Avio) high-power pulse hot press welding machine soft automation technology to achieve fully automatic tin wire feeding, welding, residual tin wire collection, and automatic cleaning of welding heads.
