Process flow: This line is used for automatic assembly of LED fully plastic down lights: 3W and 5W products. The equipment is mainly composed of diffusion plate automatic feeding and assembly mechanism, ultrasonic fusion system, rotating displacement mechanism, automatic feeding and assembly mechanism of wire pressing cover, locking wire pressing cover screw mechanism, laser engraving marking system, automatic return line system, automatic electrical control system, peripheral auxiliary devices (such as light testing), and other mechanisms.
