Process flow: This PACK line body is processed into a fully automatic line body of battery pack by two battery cells and supports in series. In the front process, dual channels are used to complete the feeding of semi-finished products, internal resistance testing, lug processing, sorting, and laser welding stations. The later stage of the production process uses the dual layer reflux carrier method of the Meile Double Speed Chain to complete the core processes such as mounting the bracket, PCM board, pasting the upper and lower film, folding the film, dispensing, and EOL testing. The entire line is equipped with server consoles and large screen display functions, allowing real-time control of production capacity and equipment status. It can switch between different product programs and implement intelligent manufacturing and digital enterprise platforms.
