Process flow: This line body is composed of loading mechanism, testing mechanism, automatic sorting, receiving mechanism, double speed chain, automatic welding equipment and other units. The system designs and develops upper computer software according to user requirements, automatically sorting and collecting battery cells into their respective receiving slots based on group information. All data is saved in a local database and uploaded to the customer MES system for traceability and query.
