Process flow: This equipment is mainly used for high-speed sorting of soft pack lithium batteries. The tester uploads the internal resistance, OCV1, OCV2, K value and other values of the battery cells to the MES system, which automatically analyzes the data and combines the battery performance parameters through formula sorting. The data is transmitted to the inkjet printer to spray the level identification code on the battery cells. All measured and collected battery performance data is uploaded to the database for later traceability, The level information code is associated with the QR code.
