Automatic assembly testing line for child seat safety buckles
OP1: Assembly of core components (frame+thruster+locking plate+spring assembly&inspection)
OP2: Button component assembly (button+spring assembly+pop open test)
OP3: Locking screw equipment (dual station horse head locking system - torque SPC output)
OP4: Functional testing (with or without load+anti daze detection+laser marking)
Equipment overview: Loading at each workstation → Installing 2 Ejectors to the frame → Locking plate into the frame → Installing 2 Ejector springs to the designated position → Installing buttons and button springs → Cutting of semi-finished products in the movement → Manually installing the upper and lower covers and placing them in the equipment carrier → Screwing → 5 cycles → Load opening force test → No load opening force test → Laser printing of batch numbers and cutting.
Process flow: The OP1 and OP2 segments use a chain plate driven vehicle cycle mode to assemble multiple workstation components. Laser displacement and visual inspection are used to check incoming materials and assembly conditions. The spring is flexibly assembled using a six axis Epson robot. OP3 uses a Texas splitter with multiple workstations to achieve screw locking, detection, and other processes. The OP4 section is used for testing the opening force with or without load. The SPC analysis chart of the opening force is output in real-time, and the data is stored in real-time by stages. The distribution chart of the testing curve for each percentage is displayed.
