Automatic assembly line for child seat buckle
OP1: Assembly of left frame components (left frame+supply of long and short rivets+displacement detection+riveting)
OP2: Right frame component assembly (assembly feeding+riveting combination+displacement detection+grease injection system+functional testing)
Equipment overview: Loading of vibration discs at each workstation (left frame, short rivet, long rivet) → Assembly of long rivet, short rivet, and left frame → Riveting of long and short rivet → Cutting of semi-finished products at left frame → Manual assembly of Isofix → Riveting of long and short rivets at Isofix finished products → Oil injection testing → Cutting of finished products;
Process flow: Two units are driven by a Texas splitter in a multi-station form, and the riveting is carried out using a high-precision clamp from Taiwan's Zhangnianfe. Before and after riveting, Panasonic laser displacement detection is used to prevent fooling. Oil injection is achieved using a Nuoxin high-precision dispensing valve (the weight of the grease is controlled at 0.02 ± 0.01g), and insertion and unlocking forces are measured for force testing. Torque sensors are used for torque monitoring. Real time output of opening force SPC analysis chart for testing force, real-time storage of data in different stages, and distribution chart of testing curve for each percentage.
