Automatic hammer inlay equipment
Main body automatic feeding - inlay automatic feeding - dispensing - pre assembly - riveting - height detection - cutting swing plate
Process flow: The main components are placed in a dual station tray format, and the Epson robot is used to visually inspect the incoming material size or defects before flipping and loading. The inserts are loaded using a vibrating tray to complete the gluing process and wait for the material to be riveted and pressed. The entire equipment adopts a Texas cam splitter to drive multiple workstations. The inserts are loaded into the main component and riveted using a servo press (pressure data is stored in real-time, and the test curve distribution map is dynamically displayed in real-time). The riveted finished product is checked for riveting height using a laser displacement sensor, with an accuracy of 0.02mm-0.03mm. The finished product is cut in a dual workstation swing plate form, ensuring a product appearance yield of 99.99%.
