Process flow: The active rod/variable amplitude rod/cutting are automatically loaded and unloaded in the form of multi-layer pallets (reducing the frequency of loading and unloading). The wire body adopts a chain driven dual acupoint carrier reflux method to complete the assembly of various components. The solder pads are sorted, guided, positioned, and grabbed for assembly using a flexible disc and a four axis robot with vision. The tightening is achieved using Panasonic servo and pressure sensors to achieve real-time torque output, upper and lower limit settings, and real-time curve dynamic graphs are output. The torque sensor adopts Japanese UNIPULSE with an accuracy of 1% -2%. The dispensing system uses the American Nuoxin high-precision dispensing valve to achieve precise dispensing volume.
