Process flow: This line is a fully automatic Assembly line designed for 4V series solenoid valves. The whole line uses the chain plate carrier cycle to realize the assembly of various parts. The valve body/pilot seat/valve back cover adopts tray turnover automatic feeding, the valve body grease injection is controlled by a precision grease pump, the steel balls are automatically fed and riveted, the valve stem components are automatically assembled with flat rings and support rings, and the pilot seat and back cover screws are automatically fed and locked. This automatic assembly line is composed of two units, some of which can be produced independently on a single machine. Coil assembly/static iron core assembly/dynamic iron core assembly/pilot seat assembly/valve back cover assembly can be customized according to needs.
