Process flow: This assembly line is mainly designed for the SY3120 and SY5120 electromagnetic development. The main line uses chain plate carrier circulation to achieve the assembly of various components. The OP2 rear cover component, OP3 valve stem component, and OP4 end cover component automatically complete the three components of each unit and supply them to the main line. The main line realizes the assembly of all components. The main valve body/end cover/coil adopts a tray turnover form for automatic feeding, the valve body grease injection adopts a precision oil injection control system, and the rear cover/end cover/coil screw automatic feeding is automatically locked by an electric screwdriver. Each unit component assembly can be used individually or supplied in conjunction with the machine, and can be customized or customized according to requirements.
